THE ACCOMMODATION

Located on the ground floor, the apartment has a private entrance accessed via a private pathway. Thanks to its dual aspect, the property enjoys two distinct views: one overlooking the swimming pool, ideal for enjoying the sunshine and a lively atmosphere, and the other facing the private garden, where you can relax in complete privacy and enjoy your meals in the shade of a centuries-old olive tree.

The living area features a comfortable sofa bed, an extendable dining table and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware and all the utensils you may need.

Along the hallway, you will find an elegant bathroom with a window and shower, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a second double bedroom. The latter opens onto a private patio offering beautiful views of the surrounding hills and also overlooks the shared swimming pool.
